The Transit Trail Side Ladder | High Roof is purpose-built for the Ford Transit Trail, providing safe and convenient roof access without modifying or removing the factory running boards. Designed specifically for high roof Transit Trail vans, this ladder bolts directly to our FVC Transit roof racks and integrates seamlessly with the factory side steps for a clean, functional installation.

Constructed from 1.25” aluminum round tubing, the ladder features formed, dimpled flat steps that deliver excellent traction and stability while climbing. The double-kinked profile follows the body lines of the Transit for a sleek, factory-inspired look. The ladder mounts at the base to the factory running boards found on Trail models and at the top to one of our high roof Transit Low Pro or Safari Roof Racks.

Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling or plastic removal, and typically takes an hour or less using standard hand tools.
