Communal SO - Familia Siles - NIcaragua

Nestled within the cloud forests of Jinotega, Nicaragua, the unique microclimates of the region are home to some of the country's most exceptional coffee farms. Rich biodiversity and generations of coffee-growing tradition have made this region renowned for its quality.  Familia Siles is sourced exclusively from women producers, many of whom run family farms that have been passed down through generations. After harvest, the coffee undergoes an initial fermentation period on each farm before being delivered in cherry to the local purchasing station, where it is dried on raised beds for 20–28 days.

Familia Siles is a crisp and sweet cup with notes of tangerine, raw honey, and cocoa.
